L2 Application Support Engineer

We are looking for the L2 Support Engineer for the Hyderabad location.

Role Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting functional and technical skills - Identifies Component Issue and Misconfiguration

- Works in EUROPE timezone. Weekend support is required.

- Responsible for Feeding Self-Healing Engine with Rules and scripts.

- Makes sure Detected Component Issue is handed to Monitoring for proper alert setting

- Troubleshoots and maintain the platform to guarantee Service Availability

- Incident tickets triage and create corresponding defect ticket.

Requirements

- Experience from Linux and Windows server environments monitoring and maintenance

- Understanding of issue tracking systems and issue management processes.Incident Tickets triage, time zone ticket log and ticket transition owners

- Understanding about ITIL based Service Operations processes

- Experience in shell scripting. - Experience in writing simple script (in any programming language) to fetch data and patch it for SQL and Non-SQL DB.

- Experience in ELK stack, Grafana and operations tool such as Instana etc.

- Incident Root Cause Analysis Report for Major Incidents
