We are looking for future talents in our Service Operations Function
Qvantel Operations Center is providing services in 24/7/365 to our global operator customers. We have high demands in Service Levels and we need to ensure continuance for our services in our Operations Center. That is why we want to build future talent network which we can use when new open positions rises in our Operations Center.
In the role of Operations Center Specialist you participate in the development and management of the availability, capacity, scalability and security of Qvantel service platforms. You are a member of the Global Operations Center as a part of Qvantel’s Service Operations unit. You will work in close co-operation globally with our Program units as well as Qvantels customers, partners and collaborators. You will work as part of the team enabling Qvantel to offer complete solutions to our customers. Work will be onsite in our Jyväskylä Office and we are working 24/7/365.
As an Operations Center Specialist you will get a broad view of services Qvantel provides to its customers. The role will give you possibility to utilize your skills in multiple ways, as well as develop your own expertise. Operations Center provides services to Qvantel’s internal and external customers. In the role of Operations Center Specialist you will be highly involved in event management, incident management and problem management processes.
