Project Manager, Integrations


You will be responsible for managing integration projects as part of customer programs, ensuring that cross functional teams are fully aligned to deliver successfully in-time and in high quality. Our projects are run multi-site, your focus will be on handling integration project locally at this site, but it will also involve co-operation with staff in our other sites. The work will involve working with content as well as making sure the work is proceeding according to set targets - and if not, finding ways to solve any blockers. You have solid technical understanding, a drive to get things done as well as good interpersonal skills.


To succeed in Project Manager role you should have:

  • Project management experience in the telecom environment, either on operator or software vendor's side – preferably in SW development or test management
  • Previous experience in large IT system integration and integration testing projects 
  • Understanding business, functional and non-functional requirements 
  • A solid technical knowledge and understanding, knowledge in business processes and data models 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and high ambition level 
  • Fluent communication skills in English and preferably in Italian


We appreciate:

  • Relevant education such as: Computer engineering / Mathematics or Physics 
  • Experience from BSS-systems or, enterprise systems like CRM, order management, sales tools, and understanding the data flows between the systems during different phases of customer journey 
  • Motivation to learn and improve, self-management and a positive, get-things-done attitude 
  • Having worked as a Product Owner, Test Lead or in similar roles 
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools
