Support Engineer (L2)

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Problem Triage to route the escalation
  • Workaround technical problems

The competences you will bring with you:

  • Linux knowledge
  • Virtualisation (KVM if possible)
  • WebServices (API, HTTP Servers, Proxies..)
  • Docker
  • Problems Troubleshooting

The skills that will help:

  • Kafka
  • Mesos/Marathon
  • Cassandra
  • ELK Stack
  • Prometheus/Graphite/Grafana
