We are strengthening our Service Operations Function in multiple locations and looking for a passionate


Operations Managers  


This position could be located in Madrid (Spain), Rome (Italy), Hyderabad (India) or Jakarta (Indonesia).

As Operations Manager you are responsible for handling Managed Services and accountable for Managed Services performance and P&L. You will also coordinate stakeholders in high pressure situations: Major incidents, service reviews and improvement plans. Addition to this you will also have role in monitoring financials, drive account growth and other stakeholder management.
You will take initiatives to build, develop and grow the team of experts and organisation capability in service operations.


  • Fluent English skills (English is our company language)
  • Minimum experience of 7 years in management positions
  • Strong BSS experience
  • Extensive software experience
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager or Operational manager in similar role
  • Availability to travel
  • Management of telecommunications business
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to align own activities with project requirements 
  • Flexible with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with aggressive schedules 
  • Self-motivated, work well in a team structure or independently and have a strong work ethics 
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to details, and the ability to see projects through to completion are a must.
