Head of Operations Center


As Head of Operations Center you are leading and accountable of Global Operation Center function and providing the direction to the team. You will be leading the team and ensuring cost-effective 24x7x365 operational monitoring.
You will work closely with Pre-sales, customer services, service transition, product management and project management.

You will be responsible for strategic development of all aspects of the Operation Center function

  • Ensure the efficient 24x7x365 Operation Center utilization. Including manage staffing, recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation across multiple global locations.
  • Monitoring development to fulfil requirements for 24/7/365 monitoring. Examine, refine, and develop the existing monitoring and metrics.
  • Define global Operations Center short and long-term strategies to ensure 24/7/365 Operations Center function meets current and future requirements.
  • Annual budgeting and forecasting


  • Experience of running and managing global function
  • Experience and knowledge of service operation/support
  • Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools and system integration
  • Strong leadership / people skills and ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication skills to provide updates to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Fluent English
