Senior Support Engineer, Charging


Role responsibilities:  

  • Design and Configuration of rating plans
  • Troubleshooting 
  • Scripting and automation 
  • Raise operational improvements 
  • Describe solution problems and propose solutions 
  • Interface with different OCS vendors
  • Share the knowledge and provide support for more junior team members


  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English
  • Telco BSS/OSS experience
  • Previous charging experience
  • Previous experience in various OCS versions
  • Previous experience in operations
