Operations Center Specialist


Operations Center Specialist is responsible for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of application/system events. Perform technical analysis of system events that are raised via active monitoring tools, resolving the issues or, depending upon complexity, escalating the issue to system administration level. Perform routine application/system operational management activities to prevent incidents to occur.


  • Good customer service attitude combined with the ability to manage technical challenges. 
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical skills and ability to co-operate with different internal teams, and with customer. 
  • Solid communication skills in English.


We appreciate:

  • Experience from Linux server environment monitoring and maintenance. 
  • Experience or understanding of monitoring tools, e.g. Nagios and Prometheus 
  • Understanding of issue tracking systems and issue management processes. 
  • Understanding about ITIL based Service Operations processes. 
  • Reporting and system documentation experience.


Work to be happen in 2 day-time shifts. (Global OC working 24/7 in 3 shifts - can be future of this role, too)
